IN-STUDIO Belly Dance Oracle Movement Session
The new moon and your body’s “three jewels” are the inspiration for today’s Belly Dance Oracle movement session. We will dance, do gentle breathwork and pull oracle cards to tap into intuitive understanding of what is going on for us in our three dantiens — hips, heart and head. We’ll also come into a deeper understanding of how the energy of the cosmos can help us set clearer intentions for what we want to accomplish within the next six months. The studio cauldron will be ready to send your intentions, prayers, and dreams to the heavens, and the dance floor will twinkly, warm and cozy for our creative movement explorations and mini choreographies. Bring your journals, favorite pens and water bottles!
No prior Belly Dance experience required! Open to all MSC circus arts, belly dance, and speakeasy reiki students.
Waiver MUST be signed prior to class.
