“The Fine Print”

Information about class & studio policies, refunds & cancellations.

  • No guests/ guardians will be allowed in the studio or studio waiting room during classes or private lessons.

    Students must be dropped off for class.

  • SINGLE class cancellations must be made at least 36 hours in advance of the class start time in order for the registrant to receive a refund of the cost of the class minus a $5 processing fee.

    MINI-SESSION or CHOREO PROJECT cancellations must be made at least 36 hours in advance of the first class of the session in order for the registrant to receive a refund of the cost of the mini-session/ choreo project minus a $5 processing fee. There are no refunds or make up options for classes missed within a mini-session or choreo project.

    PRIVATE LESSON cancellations must be made at least 36 hours in advance of the session in order for the registration to receive a refund of the cost of the lesson minus a $5 processing fee. Private lesson cancellations made between 36-24 hours of the lesson do not receive a refund, but may transfer the date of the lesson to a future time.

    There are no refunds or returns for purchases of Moody Street Circus products such as: swag (clothing items, notebooks, etc), choreography cards, belly dance on-demand videos, or other digital purchases.

  • Doors to the studio will open 10 minutes before group classes and 5 minutes before private lessons.

    Please arrive within this window and not earlier.

    TARDINESS POLICY: For student safety, doors will be LOCKED 10 minutes after class start-time and payment for class forfeited. Please make an effort to arrive on time (5 minutes before a classes scheduled start).

  • The studio is open by appointment only.

    No drop ins.

    Advanced registration is required for every class.
