VIRTUAL OFFERING ON ZOOM: BreathWork, Movement & Journaling for the Full Moon with Speakeasy Reiki - All are welcome - No prior experience required!

It’s the first full moon of the new year. The wolf moon. And it is in the sign of nurturing cancer, an astrological energy known as the protective “mother” of the zodiac. What does that mean for you? Supportive insights will surface in the course of our time together, so bring your journals to take note.

Melinda will lead you in a gentle breathwork practice designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and nourish your body with a felt sense of peace, safety and calm.She will guide you in a Full Moon Belly Dance inspired by the cosmic language of today’s energy.

Have your journals and pens at the ready for quick writing prompts that will shed light and gratitude on your accomplishments of the last six months.

Melinda will do a live Oracle card reading for the class and create a final dance built on the collective wisdom of the story that emerges from the cards.
