This two hour workshop will focus on the elements earth, air, water, fire, air and ether. We will explore what we can learn from them and begin to observe how they operate in our lives. The elements are intrinsic aspects of ourselves. Coming into relationship with your elements helps you better balance and harmonize your life and inner being. Understanding elemental relationships can deepen your journey as one who seeks to know - and love - themselves better. There will be guided exercises focusing on how the elements interact with each other in nature and in you. This workshop is good for anyone who wishes to better understand the subtle elements at play in their lives.
