This material is designed for an intermediate to advanced aerialist or coach. It is recommended that the aerialists using this download or practicing the drills be able to complete at least 1 pull up from a dead hang, be able to invert to a straddle from the ground and be able to enter a hipkey (from any method).

  • All drills included in this manual require access to a safe rigging point of aerial silks and a mat.

  • The drills require no more than 2 climbs worth of height. The majority of the drills can be executed from the ground.
