It is a perfect notepad for the creations one makes with the Aerial Silks Choreography Card Deck.

—> This notepad guides an aerialist to write down their class or teaching combos and skills in a way that enhances trick recollection and organization — so that every skill and transition has a place to be highlighted!

The Notepad lists three categories you can check off that your creation falls under: single trick, skill phrase, or full choreo.

Then you would select the main foundation(s) within the combo you are writing down and its main features (i.e. flexibility based, strength, etc). There are extra slots where you can write in your own features and feats too!

Notepad includes 40 pages of notes and introduces aerialists new ways of organizing their combos both in their brain and on paper!
