Pre-Requisites Techniques/ Strengths/ Skills:
Complete controlled let down from bent arm hold to straight arm hang lasting 10 seconds.
Find consistent even double foot-locks and single foot-locks through both figure-8 and eggbeater methods from the air.
Complete basic and russian climbs with control, strength, and ability to hold various pauses along the way.
Working on aerial inversions from bent arm hold or inversions from the ground without jumping or tagging the silk.
Able to find a hipkey position from the air and transition to thigh hitch

Understanding wraps, grips and different body movements and positions to grow stronger safely in the air. (compress, kips, inversion, pull/ push strength, hollow body).
