Pre-Requisites Techniques/ Strengths/ Skills:
Execute 10 second bent arm hold and strong let down to straight arm hang multiple times.
Invert with control to straddle and ball from the floor without tagging apparatus
Able to hang into safe double knee hang and transition → sit → star → sit and safe descent

Skills, Drills & Flow on Dance Trapeze/ Trapeze!
Learn a flow, experiment with new movement pathways and poses. After class starts with warm up, drills, and technical combos related to the sequence of the day, we build a combo piece by piece and flow it at the end of class to music!
