Pre-Requisites Techniques/ Strengths/ Skills:
Lift into bent arm hold and complete multiple controlled 10 second let downs into straight arm hang.
Invert to and hold straddle under the bar without tagging apparatus consistently throughout class.
Find a controlled entry into a safe double knee hang
lift knees to chest 10x with control (without swinging) from straight arm hang
Able to safely and cleanly transition from knee hang → sit → star out → sit → descent

Choreography and fluidity practice in familiar flows to make linking new shapes feel and look smooth and powerful. Technique to understand what engagements can make movements feel less effortful, promoting flow!
