Complete 3 circus grip pull ups (full straight arm to chin well over hands)
Find consistent, even and clean double foot-locks and single foot-locks through both figure-8 and eggbeater methods from the air.
Complete basic, russian, and inverted same side knee climb with control, strength, and ability to hold various pauses along the way. — Inversions can be done with bent arm hold, but leg pathway must be controlled (no micro bends, purposeful butterfly/ straight leg choice).
Consistently and safely hip-key from the air without losing height.
Able to invert from the air with strong bent arm hold and safely knee hook above hand without tagging the silk. From invert students must be able to find: same side knee climb, diaper wrap, star drop & s-wrap.
Confident and consistent execution of MSC techniques on foundational skills, strengths & wraps.
Take feedback and instruction in the air — be interested in developing streamlined techniques and pathways that emphasize form and function for wraps and choreography!
