"The Rules"

Please arrive to class on time and prepared with proper attire for your activity.    Set your cell phones to silent. The warm up period is a time to listen inward, center, and stretch.

No street shoes are allowed in the studio.  Slip them off in our vestibule then enter the studio.

Parents and caregivers of our young circus arts students are welcome to watch classes from the futons on the dance floor. We ask that during class you stay seated and don't get up and move around within our teaching space or take photos of your child up close - save that for recital day! Parents who interact with their kids during class are a distraction and safety concern.  We want kids to remain focussed on their safe practice during class. Please sit quietly, observe and enjoy class from a distance.

Belly Dance students. Please arrive on time to class.  Leave time to find parking. If you arrive at the last moment for class, remain at the back of the class, do not elbow your way to the front.  That is disrespectful to others who came to class on time.

Avoid eating a heavy meal at least two hours before working out.

NAMASTE in the circus <3.
